Amsterdam UMC

Amsterdam UMC is a leading medical center that combines complex high-quality patient care, innovative scientific research, and education of the next generation health care professionals. Amsterdam UMC believes that health care practice, research and education belong together, with each shaping and informing the other.
Amsterdam UMC has arisen from the (administrative) merger of Amsterdam’s two academic hospitals, the Academic Medical Center (AMC) and the VU University Medical Center (VUmc) in 2018. Amsterdam UMC represents the medical faculties of the two universities associated: the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
The Child & Adolescent Public Health Research & Innovation (CAPRI) is affiliated with YoPA. CAPRI has an outstanding, international track record in multidisciplinary, innovative and socially relevant research ranging from risk factors to health effects and from development to evaluation of interventions targeting Child and Adolescent Public Health.

Aalborg Kommune  (AAK)

Aalborg is a town situated in the North Jutland Region of northern Denmark, spans across the Limfjord. With a population of approximately 220,000 people, it is the fourth-largest city in Denmark and the largest city in the North Jutland region. Over the years, it has developed into a modern and lively city, with a thriving economy, a vibrant cultural scene, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

Instituut voor Tropische Geneeskunde (ITM)

The Institute of Tropical Medicine (ITG) or fully Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine, is a public benefit foundation and research institution in Antwerp, Belgium, that specializes in research, education and service in tropical medicine and the organization of health care in developing countries. 

Redemer’s University

Redeemer’s University has always been the desire of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) to make input into university education in Ede, located in Nigeria. They believe in the fundamental role university and education can play in the social and technological development of a nation.  

Stichting Alexander

Stichting Alexander (or: Alexander Foundation) is a non-profit national institute on youth participation (since 1993) specialized in guiding participatory processes, co-creation and participatory youth (action) research. Stichting Alexander is situated in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and it is focused on children’s rights, such as education, their environment and mental health care.   

Universidade Lusófona / COFAC

The Cooperativa de Formação e Animação Cultural is a higher educational cooperative proprietor of the Universidade Lusófona, focused on creating and managing higher education establishments, teaching its own or autonomous courses within the scope of innovative pedagogical experiences, located in Lisbon, Portugal. The private institution of higher education provides a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across diverse areas of knowledge.

University of Southern Denmark (SDU)

The University of Southern Denmark is located in the city of Odense. The students at SDU must experience a good start to their studies, receive high-quality teaching from both an educational and research perspective, enjoy a good study environment and be able to rely on the program equipping them for working life after university. 

University of the Witwatersrand

University of the Witwatersrand, or Wits University, is a public research university located in the central northern regions of Johannesburg, South Africa. Their purpose is to make a positive impact on society through creating and advancing global knowledge and also fostering graduates to be leaders with integrity. 

Wits Health HUBB

The Wits Health HUBB was founded in 2020 and it is located within the DSI-NRF Centre of Excellence in Human Development, based at the University of the Witwatersrand, in South Africa. The Hubb’s aims are two-fold and are directly aligned to mitigating the national development bottlenecks: it promotes and provides community health care while upskilling unemployed youth in the health sector in Soweto. 

VARCE

Value Re-orientation for Community Enhancement (VARCE) is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization, working on Children, Women and Youth Development in the city of Osogbo, Nigeria. Registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in March 2015, its primary aim is to contribute to sustainable development in Nigeria and beyond.
